Every follow.it-feed is in itself also an RSS feed. Therefore, you can just copy the follow.it-feed URL (such as https://follow.it/techcrunch) into your feed reader.

This doesn’t require you to be logged in. However, if you applied a filter to the feed, then you first need to login, go to the feed page of the feed you want to follow, select RSS as output channel, and then copy the tailored RSS URL which appears into your RSS reader.
