This is probably because you’ve applied a filter to the feed you’re following. You can check this, and edit the filter, by going to your Feeds I follow - page and clicking on the filter-symbol.

Alternatively you can also click on the edit-link in the email next to the feed’s title, provided you decided to receive the updates by email.
