Thailand launched air strikes on Cambodian positions on Monday after Cambodian troops opened fire along a disputed border, killing one Thai soldier, the Thai army said. Both sides traded blame for the clash, which erupted in Thailand’s Ubon Ratchathani province and left four additional Thai soldiers wounded, a spokesman said.
